American Standard Roller Chain

Our ANSI Standard roller chains are manufactured to the following standards: ISO 606, ANSI 29.1, DIN 8188, JIS B1801.

• We produced full range of sizes from 25 to 48A. Material could be carbon steel, and stainless steel.

• Rollers, bushes and link plates, all of which are shot-peened - a process that work hardens the surface of these components, improving their durability at high speed and increasing fatigue strength.

• Solid bush for the sizes from 32A to 48A. Solid bush for sizes from 35 to 28A also is available.

• Wider waist plate design - improving the fatigue strength.

• Chain is pre-stressed after manufacture to ensure that all components are properly seated. This reduces the need for initial chain adjustment and has also improved the length tolerance.
